For real estate, I only go with one person and that's Vanessa. For my first two homes, I've gone with different agents until I met Vanessa. She helped us get into our third home in 2013 when the market was so competitive. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, understands the markets by location and most importantly was very good at understanding our needs. I had such a positive experience with her that I asked her to help sell our condo in Mountain View last year as a 1031 exchange for a property in Santa Cruz. She sold our house in under a week after it went on market well above our asking price.
